Mr Hannie Alboni has asked if I would give a personal reference for the quality of refurbishment work conducted on my London property which I am delighted to say exceeded my expectations. We had every unforeseen problem including the need to strengthen the open living room floors with steel girders to replacing our terrace surface and roof which we did not know leaked terribly (we did after the snow though!). Due to children and pets we also replaced all of the terrace railings as well. Our only frustration has been obtaining building controls, planning and building permissions, waiting for custom made items etcetera which Hannie took all on board and got sorted sometimes against the odds!
